As you know on Sunday April 10 general elections will be held throughout the country to elect the next President of the Republic and 130 Congressmen for the period 2011-2016. I am participating
in this new process as a candidate for Congress Electoral District of Lima-Provinces, where after 20 years we have achieved through ongoing struggles when I was Regional President and later as a political leader, to bring us back the right to have our genuine representatives, which we will adopt the year 2010.

I am the only candidate of 52 has been registered Chairman of the Regional Government of Lima, also have been a member of the Constituent Assembly, National Deputy and Senator of the Republic, all charges by popular election, which gives me the political experience and knowledge to defend the interests of our region from the first day of work.

LAW THAT ALLOWS THE CREATION OF REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS TAXES IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF YOUR DIVISION , CURRENTLY ONLY AS DETERMINED BY THE CANON AND RESOURCES ROYALTY AND HAS COLLECTED DIRECTLY TO ALLOW YOU TO RESOLVE VARIOUS DIRECT OR EMERGENCY sustainable when the price of minerals, FISHERIES AND GAS COULD DECREASE. 12 .-
LAW THAT ALLOWS REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SHAREHOLDERS OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FOR REGION, TO PROPOSE, WITH PERCENTAGE NOT TO EXCEED 20%, HOW ARE INCLUDING THE CREATION OF A REGIONAL CASE LIMA, PROCESSING OF DAIRY PRODUCTS, MINI POWER STATIONS, TERMINALS FISHING, AQUACULTURE CENTRES IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTION, ETC. WITH PUBLIC PARTICIPATION THROUGH THE LIMA STOCK EXCHANGE.
